Class Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

Please inform instructor about any physical issues that might require attention.

If you arrive late, please wait quietly for instructor to admit you.

For the security & serenity of our students, we lock the door 10 minutes after class starts.

Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to class.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement and coverage.
-
Please refrain from wearing perfumes & fragrances.
-
Props, including yoga mats are provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat.
-
If you perspire heavily, bring a towel.
-
Please turn off cell phones, or better yet, leave them in the car.
