Sandi Russom

Sandi was initially drawn to yoga for exercise and relaxation but experienced a profound transformation in her first year of practicing and committed herself to sharing this experience with others. She moved from sunny Tennessee to even sunnier Austin, Tx and began to train as a yoga teacher. In Austin at Yoga Yoga she trained with Donna Farhi, Guru Charan Singh Khalsa and Dr. Richard Miller of the Integrative Restoration Institute. • Yoga Nidra
  • Opening with a soft flow of yoga asanas to prepare the body and mind for the deep, guided meditation of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), this practice serves to calm the restless mind and deepen conscious awareness.
