Class Etiquette

 

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

  • Please inform instructor about any physical issues that might require attention.

  • If you arrive late, please wait quietly for instructor to admit you.

  • For the security & serenity of our students, we lock the door 10 minutes after class starts.

  • Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to class.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement and coverage.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes & fragrances.

  • Props, including yoga mats are provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat.

  • If you perspire heavily, bring a towel.

  • Please turn off cell phones, or better yet, leave them in the car.
